Flowzy FZC

Terms of service

The agreement between you and Flowzy FZC for the use of Flowzy Agents.

Last updated: October 22, 2026

These terms of service (the "Terms") govern your use of Flowzy Agents (the "Service"), whether you use it as an individual or for a business. By creating an account, starting a free trial or buying a plan or credits, you accept these Terms. If you accept them on behalf of a company or another organisation, "you" means that organisation and you confirm that you are authorised to bind it.

The Privacy policy, the Cookie policy and the Acceptable use policy form part of these Terms. If you use the Service as a business, the Data processing agreement applies as well.

If you are a consumer, nothing in these Terms takes away the rights that the mandatory consumer law of the country where you live gives you. The section "If you are a consumer" explains the most important ones.

1.Who we are

1.1The Service is provided by Flowzy FZC, a Free Zone Company – LLC established at C1 Building B.C.1301232, Ajman Free Zone – C1 Area, Ajman, United Arab Emirates, trade licence 33853 issued by the Ajman Free Zone Authority, UAE VAT TRN 105181836500003 ("Flowzy", "we" or "us"). You can reach us at support@flowzy.ai.

1.2Flowzy Agents is a product of Flowzy (https://flowzy.ai).

2.The Service

2.1Flowzy Agents gives you AI agents: digital assistants with a name and a face that carry out tasks you explain to them in your own words. Each AI agent works on a computer of its own in our cloud, with a web browser, files and applications.

2.2Because that computer runs in our cloud, your AI agents can keep working while your own device is switched off, around the clock, for example on a schedule or as soon as a new email or file arrives. You can follow their work live, take over their computer at any time and talk to them in the app or through the messaging channels you connect.

2.3Your AI agents work on your instructions and with the access you give them. Before important actions, such as sending a message on your behalf, submitting a form, paying, buying or deleting something, they ask for your approval, unless you have expressly decided otherwise for a specific task.

2.4The Service relies on AI models. AI agents can misunderstand an instruction, make mistakes or produce incomplete or incorrect results. The Service does not replace professional advice (such as legal, tax, financial or medical advice). You remain responsible for checking the work before you rely on it or let it reach others.

2.5We continuously improve the Service and may add, change or remove features. We will not materially reduce the core functionality of a paid plan during a running subscription period without informing you in advance.

3.Who can use the Service

3.1The Service is open to individuals and to businesses, from freelancers and creators to small teams and companies. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) and able to enter into a binding contract.

3.2You use the Service as a consumer if you use it mainly for purposes outside your trade, business, craft or profession. You use it as a business if you use it for those purposes, also as a freelancer or self-employed person. At checkout you tell us which applies. For a business purchase we ask for the company name and, within the EU, its VAT number.

3.3You may not use the Service if you are subject to sanctions or if export control or sanctions laws prohibit us from providing it to you.

To be confirmed by counsel: Minimum age and the sanctions clause to be confirmed by counsel.

4.Your account and workspace

4.1You create an account with a valid email address. Your AI agents, files, connections and credits belong to a workspace. The person who creates a workspace is its owner and can invite others as admins or members, up to the number of users included in the plan.

4.2Keep your login details confidential and make sure that only people you authorise use the accounts in your workspace. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including the instructions given to your AI agents and the access you share with them (such as logins for websites, connected accounts and messaging channels).

4.3Let us know at support@flowzy.ai without delay if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

5.Your AI agents and their computers

5.1Each AI agent works on a cloud computer that we provide and manage. Several AI agents of the same workspace can share one computer and take turns. When a computer is not in use, we may put it to sleep and wake it up as soon as there is work again, which can take a few moments. When many AI agents are busy at the same time, a task may start a little later.

5.2You can watch an AI agent's screen live, take over the mouse and keyboard and hand control back at any time. While you are in control, the AI agent waits.

5.3When you show an AI agent how to do something, we record the screen and your keystrokes to teach it. Password fields are skipped, but avoid typing other sensitive data while you show. AI agents also remember facts and preferences and turn what they learn into skills. You can view, change and delete what an AI agent knows and can do in the app.

5.4Files you give an AI agent and the results it makes are stored in your workspace. The computer keeps a browser profile, including the cookies and sessions of websites you log in to on it, on an encrypted disk.

5.5The computers are provided to carry out your tasks. We may restart, reset or move a computer for maintenance, security or capacity reasons. We try to preserve its state, but do not rely on a computer as the only place where important data is kept.

6.Approvals and responsibility for actions

6.1Your AI agents ask for approval before important actions. You decide which actions you approve and which tasks may be carried out without asking first.

6.2Actions that you or the people in your workspace approve, and actions within tasks that you set up to run without approval, are carried out in your name and on your behalf. You are responsible for them and for their consequences towards others.

6.3Check the content of an action (such as the recipient and text of a message, the amount of a payment or the data in a form) before you approve it. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for the consequences of actions you approved or allowed.

7.Websites, apps and accounts of others

7.1Your AI agents act for you on websites, apps and services of third parties, for example your mailbox, calendar, online shop, social media or bank. Those services have their own terms. You make sure that you are entitled to use them in this way and that this use respects their terms.

7.2Some websites do not allow use by software, or limit it. When an AI agent notices this, it tells you. You can then use an official connection (such as your Google or Microsoft account) where one exists, or do that step yourself. AI agents do not try to get around CAPTCHAs, paywalls or other protections.

7.3Only give your AI agents access to accounts and data you are allowed to share. Logins you store for your AI agents are kept in an encrypted vault.

7.4We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for them. Changes to them, or their unavailability, can affect what your AI agents can do.

8.Messaging channels

8.1Besides the app, you can talk to your AI agents through messaging channels that you choose to connect, such as Telegram, WhatsApp, Slack, Discord or email. The app shows which channels are available.

8.2These channels are independent services of third parties. Their own terms and privacy policies apply to your use of them. Messages, attachments and identifiers (such as your user name or chat ID) that you exchange with your AI agents pass through the provider of that channel.

8.3You decide who can talk to your AI agents through a channel. AI agents only take instructions from people who are linked to your workspace. If you add an AI agent to a group or a shared space, the other members may see its messages, and you are responsible for that use.

8.4You can disconnect a channel at any time in the app. A channel provider can change or stop its service; we cannot guarantee that a channel stays available.

9.Free trial

9.1New workspaces can try the Service free of charge for 14 days, without a payment card. The trial includes one AI agent and 1,000 credits.

9.2One trial is allowed per person and per business. To prevent abuse we check, among other things, the email address, the device and the network address and, where provided, a phone number or company number. We only keep keyed hashes of these, never the raw values. We may refuse or end a trial if we detect repeated or abusive use.

9.3At the end of the trial the workspace is suspended until you choose a plan. If you do not choose a plan, the workspace and its data are permanently deleted 30 days after the end of the trial.

10.Plans, credits and prices

10.1The Service is offered in monthly or yearly plans. On the date of this version the plans are as follows (prices excluding VAT):

PlanMonthlyYearly (15% off)Credits per monthUsersAI agents working at once
Starter€49€499.804,00021
Pro€249€2,539.8022,00053
Business€497€5,069.4046,000158

10.2On a paid plan you can hire as many AI agents as you like. Credits are the unit in which their work is measured. Each step of a task uses credits, depending on its actual cost (such as the use of AI models and computer time). Your credit balance and usage history are always visible in the app.

10.3Plan credits are granted month by month, also on a yearly plan, and are valid for that month: unused plan credits expire when the next month starts.

10.4You can buy extra credits (top-ups) at any time. Top-ups and bonus credits do not expire while your plan runs and stay in your workspace for as long as it exists. Usage is taken from plan credits first. Unused trial credits are kept once when you move to a paid plan and from then on count as top-ups.

10.5Upgrading during a month immediately adds the difference in credits for the current month. Downgrading takes effect from the next period and never takes credits back.

10.6Faster computers are available as an optional add-on, per computer.

10.7Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred to another workspace and are not refunded, except where the law requires otherwise (for example when a consumer withdraws, see the section "If you are a consumer").

10.8The current prices are shown on our website and in the app. We may change prices with at least 30 days' notice by email. A change applies from your next billing period. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the change takes effect.

11.Refer a friend

11.1Every workspace has a personal referral link. When a new workspace signs up through your link and pays its first invoice, both workspaces receive bonus credits. The app shows the current amount.

11.2Bonus credits work like top-ups: they do not expire while your plan runs and they have no cash value. Referring your own workspace, or someone who is already part of it, does not count. A new workspace can only be referred once.

11.3We may withhold or take back bonus credits obtained through abuse, such as fake accounts or spam, and we may change or end the programme for the future at any time. Credits already granted in good faith are not affected.

12.Payment, invoices and taxes

12.1Payments are processed by our payment provider Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Plans are paid in advance for each monthly or yearly period and renew automatically until you cancel.

12.2Prices are in euro. For business customers they exclude VAT. Flowzy FZC is established outside the European Union: business customers in the EU are not charged EU VAT, the reverse charge mechanism applies (Article 196 of Directive 2006/112/EC) and you account for the VAT yourself. Invoices state this explicitly.

12.3For consumers, VAT or a similar tax may apply depending on the country where you live. The total price, including any tax, is shown before you pay.

12.4When you buy as a business, you make sure that the company name, address and VAT number are correct. If a VAT number turns out to be invalid, we may ask for clarification and charge the tax that applies.

12.5If a payment fails, we notify the workspace owner and retry the payment. Your AI agents keep working in the meantime. If payment still fails after the retries, the plan ends and the workspace is suspended. You can restore it by paying within 30 days; after that, the data is deleted as described in the section "Termination and your data".

To be confirmed by counsel: Tax treatment of consumer sales (EU One-Stop Shop, United Kingdom and other countries) to be confirmed by counsel and the accountant before consumer checkout is enabled.

13.Duration and cancellation

13.1A plan runs for the chosen period (one month or one year) and renews automatically for the same period.

13.2You can cancel at any time in the app or through the customer portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period: until then you keep full use of the Service. Except where the law requires otherwise (see the section "If you are a consumer"), amounts already paid are not refunded pro rata.

13.3When the plan ends, the remaining plan credits expire and the workspace is suspended. Top-ups and bonus credits stay in the workspace for as long as it exists.

To be confirmed by counsel: Renewal reminders for yearly plans and other cancellation rules that protect consumers in some countries to be confirmed by counsel.

14.If you are a consumer

14.1If you live in the European Union, the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom and buy a plan or credits as a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from that purchase within 14 days without giving a reason. The period starts on the day the contract is concluded. The free trial is not a purchase: you can stop it at any time, at no cost.

14.2The Service starts immediately. At checkout we therefore ask you to confirm that you want us to start right away during the withdrawal period. If you then withdraw, we refund what you paid, minus a proportionate amount for the Service provided until you told us, including the credits already used. Where the law provides so, the right of withdrawal ends once a purchase has been fully performed with your consent.

14.3To withdraw, send a clear statement to support@flowzy.ai from the email address of your account, for example: "I withdraw from my purchase of [plan or credits] of [date]." We refund you within 14 days, using the same payment method.

14.4As a consumer you also have the statutory rights that apply to digital services, for example if the Service does not conform to what was agreed. These Terms do not limit those rights.

14.5If you have a complaint, please contact us first at support@flowzy.ai; we will look for a solution together. You can also turn to a consumer dispute resolution body or to the courts of the country where you live.

To be confirmed by counsel: Withdrawal mechanism (consent and acknowledgement at checkout, confirmation on a durable medium, model withdrawal form) and the countries concerned to be confirmed by counsel, together with the billing team.

15.Acceptable use

15.1You use the Service lawfully and in line with the Acceptable use policy. In particular, you do not use it to send spam, to mislead, defraud or harass people, to get around security measures or to collect personal data without a legal basis.

15.2To protect the platform, other users and the people your AI agents contact, we may set reasonable limits (for example on the number of messages or form submissions per hour) and temporarily pause a workspace in case of a serious suspicion of abuse. We inform you without delay and lift the pause once the situation is clarified.

16.Your content and intellectual property

16.1You keep all rights to the data, files, instructions and other content you put into the Service and to the results your AI agents produce for you (together, your "Content").

16.2You grant us a limited right to host, copy and process your Content only to the extent needed to provide, secure and support the Service. We do not use your Content to train AI models, and under their API terms the AI model providers we use do not either.

16.3Results made with AI may resemble content made for others and are not protected by copyright everywhere. You are responsible for making sure that your use of the results does not infringe the rights of others.

16.4The Service, the software, the design, the characters and the Flowzy brands remain the property of Flowzy or its licensors. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for as long as your workspace is active. You may not copy, resell or reverse-engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.

16.5If you send us suggestions or feedback, we may use them freely to improve the Service.

17.Data protection and confidentiality

17.1We process the personal data of you and the people in your workspace as controller, as described in the Privacy policy.

17.2If you use the Service as a business, you are the controller for the personal data in your Content (for example the data of your customers or contacts) and we act as your processor. The Data processing agreement applies to that processing and forms part of these Terms.

17.3If you use the Service as a consumer, for private purposes, we process your Content as controller and only to provide the Service to you, as described in the Privacy policy.

17.4Each party keeps the other party's non-public information confidential and uses it only for the purposes of this agreement. This obligation continues for three years after the agreement ends.

To be confirmed by counsel: The allocation of controller and processor roles for consumers who use the Service for private purposes to be confirmed by counsel.

18.Availability and support

18.1We make reasonable efforts to keep the Service, including your AI agents' computers, available and secure around the clock, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. No service level agreement (SLA) applies unless agreed in writing.

18.2We may carry out maintenance, preferably at quiet times, and announce planned maintenance with a significant impact in advance where possible. During maintenance, AI agents may pause and continue their tasks afterwards.

18.3The Service depends on AI model providers, websites, messaging channels and networks that we do not control. Their changes or outages can affect what your AI agents can do.

18.4Support is provided by email at support@flowzy.ai, in English, Dutch, French or German, on working days.

19.Liability

19.1The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent permitted by law, we give no warranties other than those expressly stated in these Terms.

19.2We are not liable for indirect or consequential damage, such as loss of profit, revenue, customers, goodwill or data, nor for damage resulting from actions you approved or allowed, from your instructions, or from third-party websites, services and channels.

19.3Our total liability per calendar year is limited to the amounts you paid us for the Service in the twelve months before the event that caused the damage.

19.4These limitations do not apply in case of fraud, intentional misconduct or gross negligence, to death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or to the extent liability cannot be limited by law. If you are a consumer, they apply only insofar as the mandatory law of the country where you live allows it.

19.5If you use the Service as a business, you indemnify us against claims of third parties arising from your use of the Service in breach of these Terms or the law, including claims relating to the terms of third-party websites and services.

20.Termination and your data

20.1You can stop at any time: cancel your plan and, if you wish, erase your workspace in the settings. Either party may terminate the agreement with immediate effect by written notice if the other party commits a material breach and does not remedy it within 14 days of being notified. We may also suspend or terminate the Service immediately in case of serious abuse, illegal use or a risk to the security of the platform.

20.2You can download all data of your workspace at any time in the settings. On request to support@flowzy.ai, we help you export your data within 30 days after the end of the plan.

20.3When the agreement ends, or when you erase your workspace, the workspace is suspended and all its data (files, conversations, memories and skills, your AI agents' computers and the encryption key of the workspace) is permanently deleted after 30 days. Within those 30 days you can still change your mind. Copies in encrypted backups disappear when those backups expire (at most 90 days). We keep invoices and the data we are legally required to keep.

21.Changes to these Terms

21.1We may change these Terms, for example when we add features or when the law changes. We notify the workspace owner of material changes by email at least 30 days before they take effect. If you do not agree, you can cancel before the changes take effect. If you keep using the Service after that date, the new Terms apply.

21.2Changes required by law or that are purely to your benefit may apply sooner.

22.Governing law and disputes

22.1These Terms are governed by Belgian law, excluding the United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. If you are a consumer, you keep the protection of the mandatory provisions of the law of the country where you live.

22.2We first try to resolve any dispute amicably. If that fails, the courts of Brussels have exclusive jurisdiction for business customers. Consumers can bring proceedings before the courts of the country where they live, and can only be sued there.

To be confirmed by counsel: Governing law and jurisdiction are a proposed default (Belgian law, courts of Brussels) and still have to be confirmed by counsel, given that the seller is established in the UAE and customers are worldwide.

23.General provisions

23.1If a provision of these Terms is invalid, the other provisions remain in force and the invalid provision is replaced by a valid one that comes closest to its purpose.

23.2We may transfer this agreement to an affiliated company or to a successor of the Service, provided your rights are not reduced. You may only transfer it with our prior written consent.

23.3These Terms are available in English, Dutch, French and German. In case of contradiction between language versions, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.

23.4Notices to you are sent to the email address of the workspace owner or shown in the app. Notices to us are sent to support@flowzy.ai.
