Your AI agents are there to get real work done, within the law and with respect for others. This policy applies to everything they do for you: on their computers, on websites and in the channels you connect. It forms part of the Terms of service.
1.Not allowed
1.1You may not use the Service, or let your AI agents be used, to:
- send spam or bulk unsolicited messages (by email, text message, direct message, comment or through a connected channel), or messages without the consent the law requires;
- commit fraud, run scams or phishing, or trick people into handing over money, passwords or personal data;
- impersonate a person or organisation, or create fake accounts, identities, reviews, ratings, followers or engagement;
- harass, threaten, stalk or intimidate anyone, publish someone's private details, or spread hate or discrimination;
- create, store or share illegal content, including any content that sexually exploits minors and terrorist content;
- get around CAPTCHAs, paywalls, bot protection, rate limits, logins or other access controls, or create accounts in bulk;
- collect or scrape personal data unlawfully, build profiles of people without a legal basis, or monitor people secretly;
- infringe copyrights, trademarks or other intellectual property, or distribute pirated content;
- spread malware, attack or break into systems, or test their security without permission;
- take decisions with legal or similarly significant effects about people (such as hiring, credit or housing) without meaningful human review;
- contribute to the development or use of weapons, to the operation of critical infrastructure, or to other uses where a mistake could cause death, injury or serious damage;
- manipulate elections or spread disinformation on a large scale;
- break the usage policies of the AI model providers we use.
2.The AI agents' computers
2.1The computers are there for your AI agents' tasks. Do not use them to mine cryptocurrency, to run public servers, proxies or VPNs for others, to share files through peer-to-peer networks or to generate traffic that harms others.
2.2Do not try to access other workspaces, our internal systems or the infrastructure behind the computers, or to get around the isolation between them.
3.Websites, accounts and channels of others
3.1Your AI agents respect the terms of use of the websites, apps and channels they use for you. Some websites do not allow use by software. Your AI agent tells you so, and you can then use an official connection or do that step yourself.
3.2Only share logins of accounts you are allowed to use for this purpose, and only add an AI agent to channels and groups where you are allowed to.
4.Be open about AI
4.1Do not use your AI agents to make people believe they are dealing with a human where the law requires you to tell them otherwise, or where this would mislead them to their detriment.
4.2You remain responsible for the messages your AI agents send on your behalf. Read them before you approve them.
To be confirmed by counsel: Disclosure obligations under Article 50 of the EU AI Act for messages that AI agents write on behalf of customers to be confirmed by counsel.
5.Limits and monitoring
5.1To protect the platform, the people your AI agents contact and other users, we apply limits, for example on the number of emails, messages or form submissions per hour. An AI agent may also decline a task that clearly breaks this policy.
5.2In case of a serious suspicion of abuse we may temporarily pause a workspace and contact you. The pause is lifted after review. Repeated or serious breaches can lead to termination as described in the Terms of service.
6.Reporting abuse
6.1Have you received messages from a Flowzy AI agent that you think are abusive? Let us know at support@flowzy.ai, ideally with the message and its date.
